I couldn't even finish reading this. It&#...Wow. I couldn't even finish reading this. It's painful. I'm an older parent and I don't want this kind of instruction for my child. I remember having creative, inspired and sometimes strict but fair teachers in 10, 11, 12th grade. I remember Strunk and White and instructions to use those Anglo-Saxon verbs! I remember art, civics, music and history interwoven in my English class. Active voice, not passive voice. Avoid Latinate words.
