The SEALS were charged with prisoner abuse after the terrorist claimed he had been hit in the mouth. A court-martial ensued and the three were eventually exonerated but not without great personal cost.
I'll post a review when I'm finished reading; the book is available now on Amazon.
I've already read the first few chapters and am hooked to the end; it's very good. If you enjoyed reading Lone Survivor you will like this one.
Not to burst your bubble, they were "exonerated" for the same reason that the Marines who murdered ten people in Haditha did. Not because they didn't do it, but because this country does not consider it a crime to torture and/or kill people who live in countries with which we are at war.
ReplyDeleteYou'll find there is a lot of misinformation in the book. Patrick confused the guy who started the website first with a con-artist who is not a friendly with the SEAL Community. Be careful what you write, because the book is going to be debunked very soon.
ReplyDeleteWhen you get to Chapter's 6-9 be sure to go out on the internet and google "graham ware + fraud" because you'll learn with a dirtbag he truly is to the SEAL Community.
