Sunday Open Thread

Here's a photo from The Times gallery of yesterday's Highland Jazz and Blues Festival.  That's me, Steve, and my brother Hutch sitting out there in the cold, probably between acts, here. 

The FMJRA will be delayed until later; Steve and I are getting ready to head over to Milly Rose's Christmas Open House today.  Today, the sun is shining!  Yesterday - it wasn't.
