It's kind of like his "misspoke" when he said he was absolutely going to run as a Republican in this Senate campaign:
“To put these rumors to rest once and for all, as we have said countless times before, Governor Crist is running for the United States Senate as a Republican. He will not run as an Independent or as a No Party Affiliation.
It's kind of like he "misspoke" when he spoke in support of the stimulus but backed off of that and said he never supported it.
"I know it will help my state and that's why I support it!"
While in November 2009 he says "I didn't endorse it!"
Actually, during the debate between Crist and Rubio in March of this year, Crist said he'd vote to repeal Obamacare but he's also said he would not scrap Obamacare. Which is it?
Which is it, Charlie? Make up your mind.

What I find amazing is Medicare Advantage was put in to being by the GOP during their 8 years of rule. This means that people who can pay the premiums for a Medicare supplement get special advantage over those who cannot afford it. Insurance companies offer their Advantage plans because they get extra funds from the government.
The government, which all GOP and Tea Party people should GET OUT OF OUR LIVES, take the financial payments to support it. They hate anything that gives everyone the chance at health care as it's government control of their lives, but they take regular Medicare with a wink and a nod.
How about we eliminate insurance companies and therefore eliminate their profits. Make it all a single payer so every single citizen has access to health care. If you've got lots of money for extra stuff, go ahead and hire a boutique physician who will answer your calls on the first ring and come to your home if you get stung by a bee while working in the flowers!
The rest of us who have sympathy for friends, members of our church, co-workers and students will go ahead and vote for those who work for the citizens not the corporations. By the way Corporations fund and control the Tea Party as well as all those who speak for pay at their events.
Charlene, the best argument against a single payer system is history. While there are one or two examples of fairly good success with it, they are in small countries with a homogeneous populace.
Facts are stubborn things, and the fact is that single payer systems provide long waits for poor care. I know too many Canadians and Brits (some of them that work in the health care biz) that think we are insane for moving in their direction.
Pat, as to Crist...the guy is the ultimate caricature of a pol...I think more so than anyone I've ever seen! Seriously! They could make a spoof film about politicians based on the guy's life. I thought Bubba was the ultimate chef at the Waffle House, but Crist takes the prize.
I think is was Dems who began the current practice of trying to cover blatant lying on camera and mic with the now ubiquitous "misspoke" double cover-lie, wasn't it? Maybe some lib reader can remind me...I guess the intent is to be able to lie openly and then say you didn't mean it, just kidding! Ain't gonna work when ya meet yer Maker kids!
The best cover you gotta love is the newer practice of theirs, the "I voted no first and then I voted yes" trick (attempt), begun by Kerry I think with his campaign message, and his version was 'I was for the war but then I was against it'.
The master of it all is BHO, at least he is blatant and blunt with his lying, he just does it and doesn't even try to cover it. I guess his handlers must figure that by now no one is going to believe anything he says anyway except the messiah lemmings, so we might as well lie for the record. Goering and Hitler and Stalin perfected controlled lying and the WH staff have all read their manuals...
None of this would float if we had a real media and not the picture puppets in the MSM.
