Who Dat Watching the Super Bowl?

Never one to miss a chance to throw a party, the Obamas will once again hold a Super Bowl party at the White House. Obama has invited Congressional members from both Indiana and Louisiana and has revealed that he is pulling for "the underdog" Saints.

NOLA reports that Joseph Cao will be there will his family. He's the only member of the Louisiana delegation who plans to attend. Louisiana Purchase Mary will be in New Orleans, Jindal will be at the game in Florida and Vitter will be watching at home with his family.

If you're in Shreveport, Friday there will be a "Who Dat Rally" at Government Plaza, kicked off by Mayor Cedric Glover with music by Robin and the Bluebirds. Robert Trudeau says that Bruce Flett's seven-piece Mardi Gras group will lead a second line in the street. The fun begins at 4:30 and goes until 6:30.

And for today's laugh, check out Red's blog and her letter to Miami from the Who Dat Nation.
