I'll Have a Chocolate Tree, Please...

Now THAT'S a gingerbread house:

At The Four Seasons:

Be the first to preview Executive Pastry Chef, Charles Froke's recreation of the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception made entirely of gingerbread and decorated with sugar stained glass windows and chocolate trees. The base will be 2.5 feet by 3.5 feet and rise another 3 feet high.
Awesome!

I think the eating of that cathedral would be a spiritual experience.

(And no such thing as "all I do is teach"! Although I'm a writer, my day job is teaching. It's not as hard as manual labor, but it's no picnic.)
