"The president is comfortable with a technocratic approach because he is an imperious, arrogant, know-it-all left wing technocrat who leaves the details to his congressional Democratic allies, like Congressman Dave Obey with the stimulus bill," Rove adds. "He is content to check the box on his list of achievements and tour the country with his teleprompter giving speeches."

And, Mr. Rove, it is very likely that we will have to live with the, "...imperious, arrogant, know-it-all left wing technocrat..." in the White House for four more years.
I don't get why Obama using a teleprompter is worth mentioning. EVERY President since the telepromter was invented in the 50's has used one.
Saying the President uses a teleprompter is like saying the President lives in The White House.

Using a teleprompter occasionally for a longer speech or for something detailed, that is understandable. Obama needed two for addressing a kindergarten class. He needs them for anything more than saying "Good morning..."
If he can't handle a three minute announcement of a new appointee without assistance that makes us wonder how competent he is.
