It shouldn't surprise me, really, but it never fails to. And to think, people who think like this get to vote. Punk rocker Patti Smith:
“And I’ve said this over and over, but I’ll say it a million more times — I’m concerned more about the death of a bee than I am about terrorism. Because we’re losing hives and bees by the millions because of such strong pesticides. We can live with terrorism. We can’t live without the bee.”
She's not a bit happy with Obama's performance in that regard, or in other areas as well:
“He hasn’t helped the environment. He didn’t close Guantánamo Bay. He went deeper into Afghanistan.”
I guess he should have closed Gitmo and released all those harmless terrorists because we can totally live with that. We should turn the place into a giant beehive.
Yeah. That's the ticket.
